New Delhi: A flight carrying 177 passengers and 7 crew members narrowly escaped from a major mishap after the pilot aborted the take-off after watching one of its engines caught fire. According to the reports, a Bengaluru-bound IndiGo aircraft 6E-2131 aborted take off and the incident took place at the Indira Gandhi International airport on Friday. It is said that flight 6E-2131 from New Delhi to Bengaluru faced a technical glitch before take-off and the alerted pilot aborted take-off. It is learnt that all the passengers and crew are safe and officials arranged an alternate flight.
