The CM YS Jagan received a shock from the Central Election Commission. According to reports, the Central Election Commission has ruled that Jagan's election as the YSRCP's permanent president is unlawful because political organisations do not have permanent presidents or other positions. According to reports, the EC has stated that because elections are held so regularly, it is not applicable to any party in a democracy. The EC is reported to have said that such an election is outside the regulations in response to media claims that YS Jagan has been chosen as the permanent president of the YSRCP. To this end, the Central Election Commission has issued a directive to the YSR Congress party's general secretary. The EC has instructed the general secretary of the YSRCP to launch an internal investigation right now and submit a report in this regard. At the most recent YSR Congress party Plenary, YS Jagan was chosen to serve as the party's permanent president.
