The concept of a family doctor would soon be adopted in all of the state's villages, according to Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister said in a speech to the members of the State Assembly on Tuesday that the idea is to establish YSR health clinics to provide healthcare to those living in villages. The function of Primary Health Centers (PHCs) at each rural clinic was mentioned by him. Preventive and curative healthcare would be linked to it, according to CM Jagan. Mid-level healthcare professionals (MLHPs) would be employed in the health clinics, according to CM Jagan. Each clinic will also contain MLHPs, ASHA personnel, a nursing student, and an auxiliary nursing midwife (ANM). YS Jagan has described how doctors will be sent to different communities and how they will coordinate with other medical organisations in serving people, by taking the help of 104 Ambulance services.
