Anantha Babu, a YSRCP MLC who is now detained in connection with the murder of his former driver Subrahmaniam, lost his mother on Sunday. On Sunday, she passed away while receiving care at a hospital in Kakinada. In this case, the MLC lawyer has petitioned the Rajahmundry SC and ST Court on behalf of his client to grant bail so that the last rites of Anantha Babu's mother can be performed. After reviewing the bail petition, the judge granted Anantha Babu conditional bail for three days. He was released from jail on Monday night after 7 pm. Anantha Babu has been ordered by the court to stay in his hometown for three days. The court has issued a statement saying that he should only participate in the funeral rituals process and not indulge in other activities.
