SpiceJet was unable to arrange a bus to take several passengers to the terminal for 45 minutes after they disembarked from a Hyderabad-Delhi flight, thus they were forced to walk on the tarmac. Spicejet reported a minor delay in the arrival of coaches, nevertheless. SpiceJet was recently penalised by the DGCA and ordered to run no more than 50% of its flights. The airline recently received criticism from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation for its ongoing struggle to deliver appropriate service (DGCA).
