NDA presidential candidate Droupadi Murmu on Tuesday arrived in Guntur district to seek support from the ruling YSRCP. Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy after welcoming NDA presidential candidate Murmu to Andhra Pradesh at his residence on Tuesday, the CM at CK Conventional Hall near Mangalagiri, stated that 22 YSRCP MPs and 9 Rajya Sabha Members will support to BJP led NDA government presidential candidate. In the run-up to the presidential election, he emphasised the importance of backing tribal leader Draupadi and asked party MPs and MLAs to do the same. He claimed that the YSRCP has promoted social justice on all fronts. On July 18, the day of the presidential election, CM Jagan has asked his party Whips and Ministers to take responsibility for making sure that all public representatives falling under their purview are present there.
