According to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, 95% of the promises made by the party in its 2019 election manifesto have been delivered by his administration during the past three years. On the second day, the Chief Minister made a speech at the party plenary event close to Chinna Kakani in the Guntur district. He claimed that the previous TDP government had formed the Janmabhoomi committee to snatch villages from the people, and that his government has since brought back to grama swarajya. CM Jagan explained how his party kept the majority of its pledges and how his administration worked at the grassroots level with a volunteer system. He has detailed how Rythu Bharosa Kendras were built in a year and how village and ward secretariats were established in five months. He said that his administration contacts its citizens to listen to their concerns.
