On Saturday, Union Minister Smriti Irani claimed that Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) had insulted both the institution and the Prime Minister. She also criticised K.T. Rama Rao (KTR), the working president of the TRS and a minister in the Telangana administration, for referring to the BJP's National Executive Meeting as a "circus." She said, "For KTR, a National Executive is a clownish procedure, but for the BJP, it's a chance to recognise state workers. On Twitter, Union Minister and BJP leader Dharmendra Pradhan accused Telangana CM of insulting the institutions of a CM and PM in retaliation for KCR's alleged protocol violation. As a response to CM KCR's criticism of PM Modi, Telangana BJP State President Bandi Sanjay dared CM KCR to confront the BJP at the national level before the election. He has asserted that the TRS administration is on life support and that it will fall at any moment.
