The opposition's presidential candidate, Yashwant Sinha, has received the party's backing, according to Telangana Rashtra Samithi president KT Rama Rao (KTR). The ruling TRS has finally agreed to endorse Yashwant Sinha's candidacy, despite Chief Minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao (KCR) not physically attending the combined Opposition parties' conference, which was presided over by Mamata Banerjee, to field a common candidate for the next elections. On Monday, June 27, Yashwant Sinha submitted his nomination. Former Union Minister Singa served in a number of positions, as the Union Minister of Finance and External Affairs and also served as a skilled administrator and competent lawmaker.
