Adani Group inks MoU with AP govt for setting up 13,700 MW power projects

Davos, May 24: Adani Green Energy has entered into an agreement with the Andhra Pradesh government for setting up two mega green energy projects at the World Economic Forum (WEF) here. It will establish 3,700 MW pumped hydro storage project and 10,000 MW solar power project with an estimated cost of Rs 60,000 crore.
Earlier, Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani met AP Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy here. The CM explained potential sectors that Adani Group can explore for investments. On behalf of the AP government, Special Chief Secretary (Industries and Commerce) R. Karikal Valaven and Ashish Raj of Adani Green Energy have signed on MoU.
