Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy met with AP High Court Chief Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra on Monday, their first official meeting. According to reports, the meeting took place to outline the agenda for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's joint conference of Chief Ministers and Chief Justices. The expansion of court facilities, filling positions in the judiciary, e-courts, disposition of long-pending cases, and rules for legal help to be presented on behalf of the state were all considered during the joint conference. The Chief Minister was joined at the meeting by state Chief Secretary Sameer Sharma, Principal Secretary M T Krishna Babu, and other senior officials.
