Vijayawada: Telugu Desam Party leader, former minister Devineni Umamaheshwar Rao lashed out at YS Jagan-led government for increasing electricity and RTC ticket prices. Devineni Uma staged a protest demanding to decrease the electricity prices and RTC ticket prices. He travelled on the APSRTC bus from Gollapudi to Mailavaram along with common people and he interacted with the women passengers and shared the problems raised due to increasing prices in the state. He further alleged that the YS Jagan government increased electricity prices on Ugadi festival day and RTC bus fares on Good Friday.
