Ex-MP Kesineni Nani Levels Serious Allegations Against His Brother, MP Chinni
Former Member of Parliament and YSR Congress Party leader Kesineni Nani has launched a scathing attack against his younger brother, Kesineni Sivanath (popularly known as Chinni), who is the sitting Telugu Desam Party (TDP) MP from Vijayawada. Speaking to the media, Kesineni Nani alleged that a large parcel of government land in Visakhapatnam is being handed over to a private entity named Ursa Clusters Private Limited, and claimed that MP Chinni is behind this effort.

Kesineni Nani described this move as a covert attempt to misappropriate public land under the guise of investment. He stated that there are reports suggesting preparations are underway to allocate a total of 60 acres to Ursa Clusters for a ₹5,728 crore data centre project in Visakhapatnam. According to him, this includes 3.5 acres in the IT Park and 56.36 acres in Kapuluppada.

He further pointed out that Ursa Clusters is a newly incorporated company established only a few weeks ago, and asserted that it lacks both the experience and financial capability to undertake such a significant project. Kesineni Nani also alleged that one of the directors of Ursa Clusters, Abburi Satish, was an engineering classmate of MP Chinni and is also his business partner. He claimed that the two were previously involved in a venture named “21st Century Investments & Properties Private Limited,” which collected large sums of money from the public and committed fraud.

Kesineni Nani accused MP Chinni of attempting a similar scheme once again—this time using Ursa Clusters as a front to seize government land through benami transactions. He alleged that Chinni is abusing his authority as a Member of Parliament and leveraging his influence as the President of the Andhra Cricket Association (ACA) to facilitate this land allocation.

Additionally, Kesineni Nani mentioned that there are allegations linking MP Chinni with the sand, fly ash, and real estate mafias, implying misuse of power and collusion with such groups.

Demanding immediate cancellation of the proposed land allocation to Ursa Clusters, Kesineni Nani urged the government to conduct a thorough investigation into the company’s ownership, financial sources, and political connections. He said that he has submitted a formal complaint to Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, requesting action to stop what he described as an attempt to loot public land under the pretext of investment.
