Special Thanks to Chief Minister Chandrababu: Pawan Kalyan

Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan expressed his happiness over the state's tableau securing third place in the Republic Day celebrations held in Delhi. The 76th Republic Day parade at Kartavya Path featured a grand display of tableaus from various states, and Andhra Pradesh's tableau, showcasing the traditional Etikoppaka wooden toys, was awarded third place.

Pawan Kalyan extended his special thanks to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for selecting and sending the Etikoppaka wooden toys tableau to represent the state at the prestigious event. He stated that since the coalition government took office in Andhra Pradesh, various measures have been undertaken to promote these traditional wooden toys.

He further added that the government has been encouraging the cultivation of Ankudu trees, which are essential for the production of Etikoppaka toys. Additionally, these handcrafted wooden toys are now being included as souvenirs for guests at official events.

Marking the achievement, Pawan Kalyan also expressed his gratitude to President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi through a tweet, acknowledging their role in the Republic Day celebrations.
