England Announces Squad for First T20 Against Team India
England Squad:

England's last T20 series was against the West Indies, which they won 3-1. On the other hand, India recently played a four-match T20 series against South Africa, winning 3-1. Historically, England and India have faced off in 24 T20 matches, with England winning 11 of them. In India, England has played 11 matches, winning five.
India has also made notable inclusions in its squad. Veteran pacer Mohammed Shami returns after a year-long absence due to a heel injury. Wicketkeeper-batter Sanju Samson and all-rounder Nitish Reddy, who impressed during the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, have been added to the squad.
The first match of the series will be held at Eden Gardens today, followed by matches in Chennai on January 25, Rajkot on January 28, Pune on January 31, and Mumbai on February 2. The T20 series will be followed by a three-match ODI series, starting in Nagpur on February 6, Cuttack on February 9, and Ahmedabad on February 12.
