Sandhya Theatre Management Files Bail Petition in Nampally Court

The Sandhya Theatre management has approached the Nampally Court in connection with the stampede incident that occurred during the premiere of Pushpa 2 on December 4. In a recent development, the theatre's owners, Peddaramireddy and Chinnaramireddy, have filed a bail petition.

It is noteworthy that Peddaramireddy is listed as 'A1' and Chinnaramireddy as 'A2' in the case. Following the petition, the court directed the Chikkadpally police to file a counter. Reports indicate that the police are expected to submit the counter shortly.

Meanwhile, the Nampally Court is also set to deliver its decision on actor Allu Arjun’s regular bail petition in the same case. After hearing arguments from both sides, the court had earlier reserved its judgment and postponed it to today (Friday).
