Hyderabad City Civil Court Issues Key Orders to Manchu Manoj

A crucial development has unfolded in the Manchu family dispute as the Hyderabad City Civil Court issued interim restraining orders against Manchu Manoj. The court has directed Manoj to refrain from making any comments about Manchu Vishnu on YouTube or other social media platforms that could harm Vishnu’s reputation.

This order came after Vishnu's legal counsel argued in court that Manoj’s recent statements caused emotional distress to Vishnu. Supporting evidence related to these allegations was submitted to the court. In response, the court instructed Manoj to avoid any social media remarks concerning the matter.

In a parallel case, Mohan Babu faced a setback in the Telangana High Court. He had filed a petition seeking protection from arrest in an attempted murder case against a journalist. However, the High Court refused to grant interim relief. The court directed Mohan Babu to submit an affidavit confirming his presence in Hyderabad before making any further decisions. The next hearing in this matter has been scheduled for Monday.
