Mohan Babu Seeks Anticipatory Bail in Attempted Murder Case

Senior Tollywood actor Mohan Babu has filed an anticipatory bail petition in the Telangana High Court. The petition follows an attempted murder case registered against him by the Pahadi Shareef police in connection with an alleged attack on a journalist at his residence in Jalpally.

Initially, the police registered a case against Mohan Babu under Section 118(1) of the BNS Act. After seeking legal opinion, the Pahadi Shareef police added charges under Section 109 for attempted murder on Thursday. In his anticipatory bail petition, Mohan Babu requested the court restrain the police from proceeding with further investigation in the case.
