Pushpa 2 Pre-Release Buzz: ₹1,000 Crore Business & Star Payments!

The much-anticipated film Pushpa 2, starring Allu Arjun and directed by Sukumar, is all set for its benefit shows starting tonight at 9:30 PM. Fans of Allu Arjun, popularly known as Bunny, are in high spirits, creating a festive atmosphere around theaters since morning.

The film has garnered massive expectations worldwide and will release in six languages across 80 countries. Produced on a grand scale, the movie has reportedly done pre-release business exceeding ₹1,000 crore.

In addition to the film's massive scale, the remunerations for the cast and crew have also grabbed attention. Allu Arjun opted for a share in the profits instead of a fixed fee and is believed to have earned between ₹270-280 crore. Director Sukumar, who also co-produced the film, reportedly received over ₹100 crore. Rashmika Mandanna, the female lead, earned ₹10 crore, while Fahadh Faasil was paid ₹8 crore. Actress Sreeleela, who performed an item song, received ₹2 crore, and music director Devi Sri Prasad was paid over ₹5 crore.
