Kollywood actress Deepa found dead in Chennai; police suspect love failure
Chennai: Kollywood is in for a shock after hearing the news of actress Deepa’s death. Young Tamil actress Deepa alias Pauline Jessica committed suicide. She lives at Virugambakkam in Chennai. According to her close friends, love failure might have driven her to take extreme step.
Deepa seems to be in love with someone and it is reported that there are problems in her love life Police believe that she committed suicide when she could not overcome them. The body has been shifted to the hospital for post-mortem.
According to police, Deepa's family members called her several times, but she did not pick up the phone. This made them suspicious. They urged one of her friends to go home and check. When her friend went to her flat he found her hanging from a ceiling fan.
A suicide note purportedly left by her stated that no one was responsible for her suicide. She said that she will continue to love someone for the rest of her life. But his name was not mentioned in the note.
Police suspect that the love affair was the reason behind her suicide.
Deepa acted in small roles in many movies in Kollywood. She played a pivotal role in 'Thupparivalan' directed by Miskin. She appeared as the heroine in the recently released 'Vaidhaa'. Kollywood is in mourning after the death of the young actress.
