Chinamayi Sripada: My journey with Samantha may end, says playback singer
Hyderabad: It is known that star heroine Samantha and singer Chinmai Sripada are good friends in the industry. Rumours are being spread stating that Sam and Chinmayi are no more friends.
Chinmayi, who spoke in an interview recently, rubbished those rumours.
She said that she and Samantha are good friends and there is no need for everyone to know that they are together. It is known that Chinmai is dubbing Samantha since 'Ye Maaya Chesave’. With this film, Samantha has impressed the audience with her acting, beauty and performance as much as her voice has also gained recognition.
Till then, Chinmayi, who was a playback singer, suddenly came into the limelight after she dubbed her voice for Samantha. It is no exaggeration that Chinmayi got good recognition in Telugu because of Samantha.
She also said the same thing in the interview. On the occasion, Chinmai said, “Samantha is a very good person. It was because of her that I got a career beyond singing as a dubbing artist in Telugu. I think my journey as a dubbing artist in Telugu may end. Because now Samantha is dubbing for her characters. I will not get a chance to do dubbing for her,” she clarified.
