AP govt’s decision is to shift High Court to Kurnool: Minister Buggana

Kurnool, August 2: After getting necessary clearances, the AP government would move High Court from Amaravati to Kurnool, said Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy after participating in a programme meant for distributing TIDCO houses to the beneficiaries here. 
 
He along with other ministers Audimulapu Suresh and G. Jayaram inaugurated flyover at Birla Gate and a bridge constructed on Handri-Neeva near Anand Talkies. The ministers also laid foundation for the construction of a new building for the Kurnool Municipal Corporation. 
 
Buggana informed the media that the AP government will create required infrastructure for the National Law University and National Judicial Academy here. “Rs 400 crore would be spent on modernisation of Kurnool Medical College,” he added. 
 
The minister said that his government is setting up an industrial corridor at Orvakal in 9,000 acres with an estimated investment of Rs 800 crore on Hyderabad-Bengaluru Industrial Corridor. YSRCP MP and MLAs, and officials were present.
