MP Kesineni Nani dares Chandrababu, warns to support his opponents
Hyderabad, June 25: Vijayawada MP Kesineni Nani made sensational comments during a chitchat with the media after his meeting with TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu. “I will encourage your opponents if you support my enemy,” he said reportedly targeting Chandrababu.
According to reports, the TDP has been encouraging Nani’s brother Kesineni Sivanath alias Chinna after the MP became inactive following the defeat of the TDP in the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation (VMC) elections.
Nani impressed upon Chandrababu and made the TDP to announce his daughter Kesineni Swetha as party’s mayoral candidate. But the TDP suffered defeat in civic body elections. He is of the view that senior TDP leaders Bonda Uma and Nagul Meera were responsible for the party’s loss. Even, he complained to the TDP chief but no action was taken against them. He expressed his anger by removing Chandrababu’s photo from his office.
As MP is not keen for strengthening the TDP in Vijayawada. Rumours are rife that Chandrababu has been supporting his brother. Nani and Chinni have turned into rivals because of property dispute between them. MP’s brother is into real estate business and took active role in recently concluded Mahanadu.
