No gap between me and CM Jagan: MLA Anam Ramanarayana

Nellore, June 24: In an exclusive interview, former minister and YSRCP MLA Anam Ramanarayana Reddy said that there is no gap between him and Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. He revealed that he was hurt when followers of YSRCP MLA Anil Kumar Yadav removed flexis of his late brother Anam Vivekananda Reddy on his death anniversary.
 
To a question, Anam stated that his family has close relations with Nellore city from his father’s time. He opined that Jagan may reject MLA ticket to him in next Assembly elections only one condition of fielding young politicians. 
 
The MLA clarified that he did not put a proposal before the CM seeking MLC post to his brother’s son Anam Ranga Mayur Reddy. Responding to a question on social media rumour, Anam said that he only exchanged pleasantries with TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu at Renigunta airport nothing else. 
 
The senior politician said that TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh has to prove himself. When asked about demand of handing over TDP leadership to Tollywood actor Jr. NTR, he opined that charisma alone cannot bring success to a political party.
