YSRCP activists stop TDP leader Dhulipalla Narendra from visiting soil mining area

Guntur, June 13: A group of YSRCP activists on Monday stopped former TDP MLA Dhulipalla Narendra from visiting soil mining area at Anumarlapudi village in Pedakakani mandal. They entered into an argument with Narendra and attacked the TDP workers.
 
According to police, the local YSRCP functionaries broke window glasses of Narendra’s car and raised slogans of ‘go back’. Even they threatened the media when they were covering the news and snatched mobiles of a few reporters. 
 
The TDP leader tried to visit the lake in Anumarlapudi village on knowing illegal soil mining taking place. Talking to the media, Narendra alleged that the YSRCP leaders are scared of his visit to Anumarlapudi as it will expose their illegal mining. He demanded the police to take action against those who have assaulted the TDP workers and media personnel. Also, he sought probe into illegal soil mining and stern action against those involved in illegal activity.
