Venkatesh to play a pivotal role in Salman Khan's 'Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali'
Hyderabad: Tollywood star Venkatesh will be playing a pivotal role in Salman Khan's latest film 'Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali', which is being directed by Farhad Samji. Venkatesh will be shooting for the film from June 10. It is known that the 'Dharmasthali' temple set was erected for the movie 'Acharya'.
Chiranjeevi erected the set in his own place and it was not dismantled. On learning about it, Salman, who is very close with the Chiranjeevi family, had approached him for his film shooting. So, Chiranjeevi readily agreed to let Salman shoot there.
It is learnt that Venkatesh will be joining the shooting there. There is also a good intimacy between Venkatesh and Salman Khan. So, Venkatesh agreed to do the film when Salman Khan asked him to do an important role in his film. Jagapathi Babu will be seen in a special role in the film. Jaggu Bhai, who had missed the chance to act with Salman in the past, did not give up this opportunity. Pooja Hegde will be playing as the heroine in the movie.
