Voice in leaked audio is not mine: TRS MLC Patnam Mahender Reddy

Tandur, April 28: TRS MLC Patnam Mahender Reddy has made it clear that the voice in the leaked audio is not his. Talking to reporters, he agreed that he spoke to CI Rajender Reddy over protocol issue. However, he denied of abusing CI in foul language. Instead, he said, “I have enormous respect towards the CI.” 
 
The MLC stated that the CI has habit of recording mobile conversation from the time he was appointed as SI. He asked as to who gave authority to CI to leak audio clip to the media. When asked about police registering a case against him, he said that cops did not serve notice to him. “Once I receive notice then I will go for legal recourse,” he added. 

Patnam alleged that Tandur MLA Rohit Reddy is harassing sarpanches by filing false cases against them if they don’t obey him. The MLC also accused MLA of extending support to mafia involved in smuggling of sand from Tandur to Karnataka.
