"Those Who Believed in Me Prospered": Chandrababu Naidu
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu participated in the NTR Pension program at Motakatla village in Sambepalli Mandal, Rayachoti constituency of Annamayya district. During the event, he personally distributed pensions to beneficiaries at their residences. Prior to this, he unveiled a statue of N. T. Rama Rao (NTR) in Sambepalli and later laid the foundation stone for several developmental projects in Motakatla. He also held an interactive session with pensioners, IT employees, and people from various sections of society, making several noteworthy remarks.

"Knowledge is the Key to Success"

Chandrababu Naidu emphasized the importance of acquiring knowledge and hard work, stating that those who trusted his vision had benefitted significantly. He recalled his early efforts in promoting the IT sector when it was relatively unknown in India. "When Bill Gates introduced the internet, the world became a global village. The arrival of the internet led to a technological revolution. Back then, I personally carried project files and visited major companies in the United States, striving to establish Hyderabad's Hi-Tech City. I conducted numerous meetings to bring it to fruition," he said.

He highlighted the transformation in education, saying, "After seeing Hi-Tech City, young people were inspired to pursue higher education. During my tenure, I established 300 engineering colleges in nine years. As a result, many students pursued technical education, and today, Telugu professionals are in top positions across the world. While the per capita income of an average American is $60,000, the per capita income of Telugu people in the U.S. is $120,000."

Referring to his recent arrest, Chandrababu Naidu stated, "When I was arrested, Telugu people in 80 countries protested for 53 days. We have a strong global presence, with Telugu communities in over 100 countries, which is a matter of pride."
Transforming Andhra Pradesh into a Work-from-Home Hub

Chandrababu Naidu reiterated his commitment to making Andhra Pradesh a hub for remote work. "In the recent general elections, I campaigned for work-from-home policies. With co-working spaces and remote work opportunities, human resources can be utilized efficiently. We will create training facilities and job opportunities in rural areas and small towns," he said. He also announced plans to establish startup companies across the state and launch Tata Innovation Hubs in five locations. "In the future, people will be able to work from their hometowns while also engaging in agriculture-based occupations for additional income," he added.

WhatsApp Governance: Inspired by Nara Lokesh

Chandrababu Naidu credited his son, Nara Lokesh, for the concept of "WhatsApp Governance," which emerged during the Yuvagalam padayatra. "Through this initiative, we are providing 161 government services to citizens. In the past seven months, we have delivered more than what was promised, repaying the trust of the people," he stated.

Social Welfare Initiatives

Highlighting his government's welfare schemes, Chandrababu Naidu said, "I introduced the Deepam scheme to ensure no woman faces the hardships my mother did. We were the first in the country to provide gas connections, and now we are giving three LPG cylinders for free. Soon, we will implement the 'Talli Ki Vandanam' scheme, providing financial assistance to all mothers in a household based on the number of children."

He further announced that under the Rythu Bharosa scheme, farmers would receive ₹20,000, including contributions from the central government. "We have spent ₹6 crore in this district alone to ensure pothole-free roads. This is just one example of what a responsible government can achieve," he said.

"NTR Laid the Foundation for Rayalaseema's Development"

Chandrababu Naidu emphasized his government's dual focus on IT and agriculture. "Rayalaseema's development today is because of NTR. He initiated irrigation projects here, and I took them forward. Between 2014 and 2019, we invested ₹64,000 crore in irrigation projects," he said.

Criticizing the previous administration, he alleged, "The former government crippled the irrigation sector. When I questioned their destructive governance, they illegally jailed me. They submerged Polavaram in the Godavari River, creating a situation where we now have to reconstruct the diaphragm wall."

Appealing to voters, Chandrababu Naidu urged them to look beyond caste, region, and religion. "Think about who has done justice to you, who had foresight, and who has contributed to your well-being. If you reflect on these questions, you will always vote for this government," he concluded.
