Candeur Crescent in Serilingampally receives Occupancy Certificate
Candeur Developers has announced the receipt of the Occupancy Certificate (OC) for Candeur Crescent, one of its flagship high-rise residential projects in Serilingampally (Lingampally), Hyderabad.
Vinay Mantrigari, Sr General Manager – Sales, Marketing & CRM at Candeur, shared the update on LinkedIn, calling it a defining milestone. He described the OC as more than a statutory approval, representing years of planning, engineering, quality commitment, regulatory compliance, and collective effort by the team and stakeholders.
