Yanam Family Welcomes Son-in-law with 465 Delicacies

In recent times, it has become increasingly common for families to host lavish feasts featuring hundreds of dishes for their new sons-in-law. Recently, a family from Kakinada made headlines by organizing a feast with 130 varieties of dishes for their son-in-law, leaving everyone astonished. However, that record has now been broken.

A family from Yanam has created history by offering a feast comprising an astounding 465 different dishes for their newlywed son-in-law. Observing the sheer number of dishes laid out, one might wonder—can anyone actually eat all of these?

This extravagant gesture was made by prominent businessman Majeti Satyabhaskar from Yanam, on the occasion of the marriage of his daughter Harini with Vijayawada-based industrialist Saketh. During the Sankranti festival, when the newlywed couple visited the bride’s family, Satyabhaskar’s family organized a feast that would be remembered for years. A video clip from the event shows the new son-in-law appearing slightly shy and overwhelmed as hundreds of dishes were placed before him.

The feast included a wide range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies, sweets, spicy dishes, fruits, ice creams, and various beverages. The impressive spread showcased the family's effort to give a grand and memorable welcome to their new son-in-law.
