Attack on BRS Office Sparks KTR’s Sharp Criticism of Congress
BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) has alleged that Telangana, which remained peaceful for a decade, has now turned into a hub of chaos under Congress rule. He made these remarks in response to the attack on the BRS party office in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district by Congress workers. Strongly condemning the incident, KTR criticized the Congress party, stating that attacking the offices of opposition parties has become a habitual practice for them.
KTR alleged that during Congress's tenure, the state witnessed significant disorder and lawlessness. Referring to the party office attack, he described it as a heinous act and called it an attack on democracy. He claimed that under the pretext of programs like 'Indiramma Rajyam,' Congress leaders have been behaving arbitrarily.
Further criticizing the opposition, KTR said, “The Congress party has resorted to attacking BRS offices, leaders, and workers who have been questioning government failures. Such actions reflect the Congress party’s desperation.” He demanded the immediate arrest of those involved in the attack, including the leaders behind the incident. KTR expressed confidence that the public would teach a fitting lesson to the Congress party for these acts of violence.
