Chandrababu Shares the Importance of Visiting His Village for Sankranti
Chandrababu credited his wife Bhuvaneshwari for initiating this tradition in their family, saying, “About 25 years ago, it was Bhuvaneshwari who insisted on starting this practice. Since then, we have been following it without fail.” He extended his Sankranti greetings to all Telugu people, expressing hope that the festival would bring new joy and prosperity into every household.
Emphasizing the importance of human relationships in today’s world, Chandrababu remarked, “At a time when human bonds are weakening, it is vital for everyone to come together, share their joys and sorrows, and strengthen personal connections.” He further stated that it is the responsibility of those celebrating in villages to ensure that even the less fortunate enjoy the festivities. “We have a duty to support the poor and help them stand on their feet,” he said.
To promote this approach and strengthen village communities, Chandrababu announced the launch of a concept paper titled ‘P4’ aimed at village development and social welfare. He said that the paper would be released the next day, and discussions would be conducted at various levels before implementing the initiative.
