MS Student from Telangana Shot Dead in Chicago

A tragic incident of gun violence in the United States claimed the life of a young Telugu student. Nukarapu Sai Teja, a 26-year-old hailing from Ramannapeta in Khammam district, Telangana, was fatally shot by assailants in Chicago.

Sai Teja had traveled to the U.S. four months ago to pursue a master’s degree (MS). His untimely demise has plunged his hometown of Ramannapeta into deep sorrow. Heartbroken, his parents are appealing to both central and state governments to assist in bringing their son’s body back to India.
