Vijayasai Reddy alleges Chandrababu's 'hot deals' in election contest

Amaravati: YCP Rajya Sabha member Vijayasai Reddy, known for his active participation in politics, has decided to contest in the upcoming elections from the Nellore Lok Sabha constituency, marking his first direct electoral competition. Hailing from the Nellore district itself, his candidacy has put a spotlight on the constituency's assembly segments within his purview. In a significant political move, former MLA of Kavali, Venteru Venugopal Reddy, recently left YCP to join TDP. Amidst this backdrop, Vijayasai Reddy made a pointed tweet about Chandrababu Naidu's alleged practices.
In his tweet, he said, "Who doesn't know about Chandrababu's manipulations? To get a seat, you have to pay hundreds of crores. He's ready to shower money to entice a person. The price, be it seven crores or twenty, depends on the importance. No need for flattery. Even a naive person could tell you about Chandrababu's hot deals."
Prior to this, while speaking with the media, Vijayasai mocked the TDP for allegedly failing to find a candidate for the Nellore Lok Sabha seat and having to opt for someone from their party. It's known that Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy, the TDP candidate from Nellore, had recently resigned from YCP to join TDP.
