Jharkhand Governor Radhakrishnan assigned additional responsibilities as Telangana Governor

Hyderabad: The President's office has issued orders appointing Radhakrishnan, the current Governor of Jharkhand, with additional responsibilities as the Governor of Telangana. He has also been appointed as the Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry. These appointments follow the resignation of Tamilisai Soundararajan from the governorship.
It is reported that Tamilisai Soundararajan, originating from Tamil Nadu, is planning to contest as a BJP MP. In light of this, she resigned from her gubernatorial position, which has been approved by President Draupadi Murmu.
