YS Viveka Murder Case: Devireddy Sivashankar Reddy Granted Bail

In a significant development today in the murder case of former MP YS Vivekananda Reddy, the Telangana High Court has granted bail to accused Devireddy Sivashankar Reddy. The court also imposed several conditions along with the bail.
The court ordered that Sivashankar Reddy should not stay in Andhra Pradesh during the trial in the CBI court. He is required to furnish a surety of Rs. 2 lakhs for the bail. Additionally, he must report every Monday to the CCS Police Station. Following the grant of bail, Sivashankar Reddy is expected to be released from Chanchalguda Jail tomorrow.
YS Vivekananda Reddy was brutally murdered during the 2019 elections. Devireddy Sivashankar Reddy was considered a suspect and was arrested on September 17, 2021, in Hyderabad.
