Hyderabad: Under the aegis of Bharat Jagruti, BRS MLC Kavitha staged a hunger strike at Indira Park Dharna Chowk in Hyderabad. Kavitha alleged that Government Order (GO) No. 3 is a severe setback for women in government jobs.
She demanded the immediate cancellation of this GO, claiming it leads to injustice in the employment appointments for women. Kavitha urged the government to swiftly implement GO No. 41, which ensures justice for women. She also criticized the Congress for politically exploiting the death of a young woman due to personal reasons.
