In response, Shankar Yadav's supporters staged a sit-in on the road, chanting slogans. Chandrababu Naidu has chosen Dasari Palle Jayachandra Reddy as the TDP candidate from the Tamballapalle constituency in Annamayya district, sparking criticism from Yadav's followers.
