Kerala labourer turns fashion model

Thiruvananthapuram: Mammikka, a daily labourer from Kerala used to struggle to have a square meal a day. However, the 60-year-old has now become a fashion model. Mammikka, who hails from Kozhikode district in Kerala, once appeared in a lungi and shirt, but now, has become synonymous with style with suit and sunglasses.

Recently, photographer Sharik Violil took photos of Mammikka and posted them online, which went viral and he became famous instantly. Sharik also owns a wedding suit company. With that, Sharik offered Mammikka to model for the wedding suits designed by his company.

Earlier, Sharik shared the makeover video of Mammikka before and after becoming a model, which also impressed netizens. Classic blazer, iPod in hand, Mammikka looks dapper with sunglasses. Netizens are showering their praise on Mammikka for his achievement.
