New Delhi, Nov 9: President Pranab Mukherjee on Wednesday congratulated Republican Donald Trump on being elected as the 45th President of the US. "Congratulations @realDonaldTrump on your election as the 45th President of United States of America," Mukherjee tweeted. Trump, 70, was on Wednesday elected the new US President, defeating Democratic Hillary Clinton in a bitterly fought Presidential battle.
