Vignan University to Confer Jayaprada with Honorary Doctorate

Vignan University is to confer actor turned politician Jayaprada with Honorary Doctorate along with Prof. Fouad Bennis, Director for International Relations, Ecole Centrale de Nantes, France and Pancha sahasra Avadhani, Dr Medasani Mohan. The university vice chancellor, Dr C Thangaraj, today announced the news. The university is going to confer doctorates on the fourth Convocation. The fourth convocation of Vignan Univeristy is scheduled to hold on October 15th for which Dr Shaida Mohammad Abdali, Ambasssador, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to India, New Delhi, would be the Chief Guest. Earlier, Desh Bhagat University conferred the actress with the Honorary Doctorate.
