Mohini Avatar on pallaki indicates “Sarvam Vishnumayam Jagat”

Tirumala, Oct.7: On the fifth day of the ongoing annual Brahmotsavams of Srivaru here, the Lord took a celestial ride as the Universal Beauty – Mohini in a colorfully decked palanquin along with Lord Sri Krishna Swamy. Among the interesting incarnations of Lord Mahavishnu, Mohini is the only female form although it is not considered as an incarnation, taken by the Lord to protect the good and punish the evil. When the deities and demons were fighting for the divine nectar, Lord took the form of this Universal enchantress and helped the deities in procuring the nectar and retaining their immortality, by enticing the demons with Her beauty. Wearing a colorful attire, precious stone studded ornaments, with an attractive nose stud and Suryachandra Saveri on His artistic crown, with His lotuses and a parrot on the one hand and other eloquently posed blessing devotees, the Lord As Jaganmohini charmed the pilgrims with his Beauty. By taking a ride in this celestial form, the Lord sends a message that the entire world is filled with the illusion of Lord Maha Vishnu. The arrogant ones cannot obtain their desires though they were strong but those who take refuge in Him will obtain theirs.
