Both TS, AP moving on development path: Nayani

Vijayawada, September 18: Telangana Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy has said both the Telugu States were moving on development path after the division of united Andhra Pradesh State. Nayani arrived here to attend a marriage here on Sunday morning. Speaking on the occasion, Nayani said the idea of ruling the State from Vijaywada was good. He opined that the rulers in the past had concentrated only on Hyderabad and failed to concentrate on other regions. The status of Vijayawada has changed after the division of the United Andhra Pradesh State. It was developing rapidly and Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was constructing a good capital at Amaravathi for Andhra Pradesh. Nayani urged the Centre to concentrate on the issue of employees division. The Telangana State government was extending full cooperation in all aspects to Andhra employees in Hyderabad. He said the Telangana government requested the Kamalanathan Committee to send the employees to their respective States. He also said the Telugu people were one though the united State was bifurcated into two States and live like brothers. The Telangana State wishes to stay together with the neighboring States, he added.
