Revanth glee at Congress misery, warns BJP also not safe

The irrepressible TDP working president Revanth Reddy said on Wednesday that the Congress had now learnt its lesson. When the ruling TRS was bleeding it by taking away its senior leaders, the Congress had now realised that a combined opposition effort would have prevented the defections. A few months ago, when the TRS was having a run on TDP MLAs he had broached the defection issue with the Congress leaders. He repeatedly pleaded with them to question the ruling TRS against effecting the defections and Operation Akarsh. But the Congress leaders were mum. Today they came running to him, pleading for a barrage of joint criticism against the TRS. Similarly, the BJP also kept mum at that time. But Revanth warned the BJP that the TRS had its run on the TDP MLAs and Congress leaders. Now the ruling party would put its focus on the BJP, he warned.
