BA flight to London cancelled at Shamshabad

Some 250 passengers of a British Airlines plane on Monday were agitated at Shamshabad airport that their flight to London was cancelled. The BA plane was to land in Hyderabad from elsewhere, but the flight was cancelled. The passengers who were to board it in Hyderabad were disappointed. The airways coolly announced that the flight was cancelled and the passengers would be accommodated in the Novatel hotel till a replacement arrives. Overnight in England, a British Air domestic flight from Heathrow to Leeds had developed a mid-air snag soon after takeoff and the pilot had sought emergency landing back at Heathrow on Sunday. He safely landed the plane.
