One ex cricketer, two ex IPS in Mamata cabinet!
Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee took oath as the Chief Minister of West Bengal this morning for a second consecutive term. 42 persons took oath as the ministers along with her. Of them, there are 17 new faces. In the cabinet, there is one ex cricketer, two retired IPS officers and one singer. Laxmi Ratan Shukla, who was a member of Indian cricket team, is now a member in Mamata cabinet. Two retired IPS officers Abani Joardar and James Kujur are now the ministers in West Bengal. Mamata gave a chance to popular playback singer Indranil Sen as a minister. In the cabinet, there are five Ministers of State with independent charge and eight are junior ministers.
