Azhar fixes Ravi Shastry

Former Team India Captain Ravi Shastry is angry over Mohammed Azharuddin's biography film, `Azhar.' The film shows Ravi Shastry as a womaniser. In one instance, Ravi was two-timing, according to the film. Now you might ask what has Ravi Shastry's womanising or otherwise to do with `Azhar.' Thereby hangs a tale. It was following a sting operation that Ravi Shastry had alleged that Azhar had been indulging in match-fixing. Whether Ravi Shastry had evidence or not one does not know, but Azhar would neither forgive nor forget. Azhar's great cricketing career was ruined following match-fixing allegations. He played 99 Tests for India. The Board of Cricket Control in India would not give Azhar the chance to play one more test, which would complete a century of tests for him. It is a different story that he had hit three centuries in a row in his debut, which none in India, nay world of cricket, could claim to match. All the good work by Azhar went down the drain with allegations by interested parties. Observers say Shastry's role in `Azhar' is a tit for tat.
