SC wishes all the best to Harish Rawat, tells him to get back on CM seat

The Supreme Court on Wednesday wished ousted Chief Minister Harish Rawat all the best to get back on the gaddi following the floor test in the Uttarakhand Assembly voting him back to power by 33 votes against 28. President's rule imposed on the State is going to be lifted shortly. Talking to the media after the Supreme Court announcement, Harish Rawat told the Centre that the Uttarakhand episode would go down in history as success of democracy in India. He wanted politicking ended. Rawat called upon the Uttarakhand MLAs to cooperate in Development. There were pockets indulging in goondaism in the State, which would be obliterated.
