No use of N-weapons unless attacked, says Kim Jong

For once the Buddhist past of the Koreas came out alive with the North Korean dictator, Kim Jong Un, clarifying about the nuclear doctrine of his country. Kim Jong stated that unless the enemy attacked the country threatening its existence, the nuclear weapons would not be used. He spoke for 15 minutes on the subject at an open meeting. He said while there were misgivings over his country's nuclear programme, his country would not use nuclear weapons in a knee-jerk manner. Kim further said his country would strive for nuclear disarmament. He added that North Korea had enough respect even for its enemies.
