Dawood Ibrahim's gangrene condition serious, say Pak Army doctors

Even as the underworld is pooh-poohing don Dawood Ibrahim's gangrene condition in legs, Pakistan Karachi's Liyaqat National Hospital-cum-Military Hospital is projecting the story that the main accused in Mumbai serial blasts and other serious crimes in the Indian commercial capital is on the verge of death owing to a gangrene condition. The Pakistani Military doctors said that there was no blood flow in the legs, and that the use of his legs was irretrievably lost. They also added that the chances of his recovery were nil. While it is for doctors to comment on Dawood's condition, the general practice is amputation. Dawood richly deserves the fare for his crimes on humanity, particularly in Mumbai which gave him mind-boggling riches, including `sambandhi' relationship with cricketing legend Javed Miandad. Dawood's aides such as Chota Shakeel however say `bhai' is perfect, adding the Pakistani military doctors story is so much hogwash. It's a different matter if the Pakistani ISI wants to chop off Dawood's legs, now that his presence in Pakistan is having a negative effect.
